Adjustable Tension rods stop the movement and therefore the change in geometry on the front suspension under hard braking and cornering.
This helps with stability and predictability when pushing the car hard as well as improving initial turn-in response. Being adjustable also means that the castor angle can be adjusted and fine tuned.

As fitted to the Driftworks S14a 200SX, these top quality adjustable tension rods from Tein use spherical bearings to eliminate movement (bearings are fitted with rubber dust boots to prolong their life) and have a long threaded section for plenty of adjustment and can be adjusted in situ whilst fitted to the car.
