Hi all,

My name is chris and I'm one of three hapless Huddersfield based monkeys who are attempting to get into this drifting malarkey. Not sure if replying to this post is the proper way to say hey, or whether its supposed to be a new post in the forum, so, sorry if this is not quite right but here goes!

We all own RWD jap motors outright, a UK S14a, a UK S13 and an imported FD RX7. We all wanted to drift, but non of us had the stones to put our pride and joy on the line with our massive lack of both talent or skill! So we went three's up on and old pre-facelift S13 which some how has ended up being affectionately known as 'the slag'!?!

We chose this cos of its ease and relatively low cost to buy and tune (that and Loz, the lad with his own S13, had loads of bits we could scrounge!). Once I've got to grips with this whole forum thing I'll try and get a thread in the projects section with some pics of what we've managed to botch together so far.

Anyway to the point, all three of us have milled and minced around the driftworks site for a while, abusing the vast amount of technical knowledge, and wishin we could buy any and every car that seems to appear in the powervehicles section! So we thought it about time we signed up and got involved!
