any drift day is a major trek, and will incur increased travelling fees. I don’t think I have ever seen them sitting and moaning about it. I personally think this shows a lot of commitment.
If people are hitting financial problems then take a year out and sort it. Better to do that then to increase your debt so much you will never be able to drift again.
There’s too much emphasis on here and now, things will come, things in my eyes should not be handed on a plate to people. Not what life’s about sadly. When you do get there off your own steam you will feel you have achieved a lot more.
I have to admit I do loathe seeing posts that detail how someone can’t compete anymore and needing sponsorship and how they deserve it etc. Sorry but if you feel that strongly, don’t sit here yelping about it, go out and do something about it.
