i bought the cusco top mounts through greenline.jp can't speak highly enought about their service
You do have to drill an extra hole for them though which probably isn't a bad thing.
I'll admit that i bodged the ride height lowing by choping a rung out of each spring (apex springs) this is definately a temp thing whilst i wait for a set of coilovers.
