Well as seeing as i ran out of talent and road very quickly lol, its come to the point of rebuilding my car!
well the plan is to build the new shell should have some more pics tonight!
I picked up the shell from Jamie@GarageMac on sunday with a few new parts,
- one nearly stripped shell with no glass apart from broken screen!
- 50mm chargespeed overfender
- S15 to 14 front wings
- s15 carbon bonnet
- s15 head lights
with the sheel back at work i started stripping it fully as it needs to go to the dippers this coming saturday (acid dipped Ooooohhh shinny new metal) which should be 3-5 days then back to work for some fab work,
Fab Work-
- Tub front arch's
- cut out and tub rear arch's
- remove all spot welds and remove rear parcel shelf
- seam weld
- cut out seat mounts
- fab new seat mounts
- full cage, with gusseted suspention turrets and tied in rear chassis legs, a pillers, B pillers and c pillers, and remove roof skin
- remove boot floor and rear pockets
- lots of other little mod along the way
as for the engine well im in the process of getting a 2jz non vvti lump
so hopefully about 450-500 ponys for next season!
i think im hoping to have this all done for about the end of feb well the only person that is doing the car is mee so i cant blame anyone if it isnt
