drifting diesels is fine they have alot of torque. i drive a Range p38 with the bmw 2.5 in it they are normaly slow as frick but if u advance the timing slightly up the fuel and boost get it mapped and they fricking fly. my range does anyway i cant drift it like i used to in my shogun as its permenant 4wd with air suspension its like an upturned turtle when it goes.
Only thing u will find is they smoke instead of flame lol.
Rain helps alot. i owned a 325tds for a while but it was automatic so i couldnt hold the revs up and clutch kick it but in the wet it was great fun. just keep the turbo spooling and u should be cool.
