You say you sorted this with Tein with a two minute phone call. Do you think this would have not been sorted within a similar time had you phoned us? Your post on an internet forum has been missed. That cannot happen when you use a phone.
To make things a little clearer. This forum is for us to advertise new products, and chat about our existing products etc. It is not for placing an order.
I can very confidently say our customer service is second to none. I mean that. I don't know of any company that goes to the lengths that we do to keep customers happy, so yes, as you can probably tell, you have touched a nerve
