Also my lid is marked "BS6658 1985 Type A" which I assumed was OK, but the regs say "BS6658-85 Type A". Any official word on this BDC?

BS6658 1985 Type A and BS6658-85 Type A are the same thing, only that the year has been abbreviated on one of the labels
