| The future for Irish drifting
With other threads regarding the closure of RoseGreen's gates to most things RWD, I've decided to set up a thread to discuss to next moves for the next generation of Irish drifters.
I've been thinking along the lines of getting a group together or setting up some sort of organisation to attempt to perhaps get access to funding (there is a grant of upto €100,000 available to recreational facilities). Probably not a hope of getting a penny out of any Government related folk but it's just a thought..
As an organisation there's also the possibility of lobbying the RSA or other bodies about the fact that there's no place to practise drifting apart from and roundabouts, T-junctions and the likes..
Anyway, that's just some of my thoughts, I'm hoping people will add to them, modify them and better them and offer suggestions.
Please don't spam the thread guys, only post if you've got a decent point to make or suggestion
