BRITISH DRIFT CHAMPIONSHIP AND CODEMASTERS® JOIN FORCES FOR RACE DRIVER: GRID™

The British Drift Championship and Codemasters, the creators and publisher of award-winning video games, today announced a partnership to promote the forthcoming and much anticipated racing game Race Driver: GRID™.

Ahead of the game’s launch this summer, the partnership will begin at the first round at the Teesside Autodrome in March with all participating cars carrying the Race Driver: GRID logo as part of their livery.

“Drifting is a new and exciting racing style in Race Driver: GRID, and the opportunity to team up with the British Drift Championship is important in showing GRID and Codemasters to a new audience.” said Dan Robinson, Marketing Manager, Codemasters.

“The Race Driver: GRID game is all about the race and we are delighted to be able to partner with such a prestigious name in the video game racing genre.” said Mark Buckle, events coordinator of the British Drift Championship.
