Definately an X80 rear end.
If it started life out with a 1j in it, the axles will be slightly thicker than a gx81 or mx83.
The disks should also be ventilated and larger than my non ventilated tea cup plates.
It baffles me as to why toyota thought they needed thicker axles, they're stupid thick on mx83s anyway!
I cant believe how standard your rear end is, even the rear bar is standard...they're a great design until you get really low...it is probably actually beneficial to run our cars at a higher ride height than we do...though it wouldnt be JDM tyte y0.
If you think it transitions awesome now mate, put a bigger rear bar in. Tezuka used to run something like a 24mm largus on the rear! I think they might have been hollow though. A guy i know in oz bought a beautiful kids heart mark2 that was owned by a mate of tez and was setup by tez...he recons that in the 150+km/h entries into turn 1 at mallala the first time driving the car, it felt even more controllable than an s13, you could just keep dialling in the steering and it was solid as a rock. He put all this down to the rediculous sized bars.
Im planning on recessing the cradle into the body at least 50mm to get the geometry closer to standard ride height, should be fun....
Pic of rear end after i made my solid alloy mounts and my adj arms...still need to make the 'traction arms'...can pull positive camber heh
