ok...some questions.......
I have an S13 which will soon have an SR20DET
Diff - I understand the basic differences between a 1-way, 1.5way and 2 way (acceleration only, accel and some under braking, both acceleration and braking) but I also want to do some track and brisk road so discounting the 2way in case I run out of talent mid-corner. How harsh is the 1.5way and do I really need lock under braking for drifting?
Suspension - I want coilovers because of needing adjustable ride height to get the car in and out of underground garage, how easy are they to adjust whilst on the car - I take it this is a jack-up and wheels-off job? the other option is hydraulics

or seriously just retaining standard ride height and getting better quality dampers or would this hinder drifting skills?
