This is acutally a very interesting question, just a shame so many members here want to take the "LOOK AT ME! I MADE A FUNNY" route these days instead of acutally helping.

Why isn't driving an 300+hp 200SX considered enough experience? Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't that make a skyline a downgrade (at least on paper)?

From what I've heard, insurance companies cock up regularly with giving extra NCB and forgetting claims from previous policies from other insurance companies which makes me wonder if insurance companies do any checking up at all.

A simple - "We research each and every one of our customers to confirm their details " or "We rely on our customers to provide their correct details" from sky would clear a lot up (at least in my mind)
