if i was you at your age and had the passion like i did at your age,
i wouldn't wait for my driving license just to start driving, meaning you don't have to drive on the road to learn, (dont drive on the road though)..... every now and then you should try going out on track days to do go-karting or something with friends and others, to get a hang of and prefect steering/accelerating/breaking etc, general car controlling...
trust me it wont take long before you know how to control a car of some kind like a go-kart or even a rear wheel drive car if yo daddy buys you one if ur lucky...!
its easy to be honest at your age and enthusiasm to learn...
by the time your 16/17ish you will be alot better and experienced then others and by time u get your license you will be untouchable....
the problem
......... might be finical and other support which some people are not lucky enough to have at you age, BUT if you can over come that, then you have the world open to you
, you can even be a drift champion from Belgium later in life.....
