oh man, i hadnt thought the diff would be that much of a problem

The cars not a daily driver, just a weekend toy. So i was planning to get an lsd at some point, but not straight away... a welded diff wont be much good on the road i guess, i've still got to drive a couple of hours to and from the track.
I'll look into getting a lsd before i go, if its gonna be that hard to drift if keep the standard one.
just more money...
