Ladies and gents

We have been making enquiries with hotels in the midlands about an end of season event - more particularly a dinner dance (smart dress, sit down meal and a disco) for a change from the norm incorporating a presentation ceremony. The proposed date for the event is Saturday 1st November.

The venue will most likely be in Leicestershire or Northamptonshire for ease of access and we are looking to achieve a cost of about £100.00 or thereabouts per couple for dinner and accommodation. Those not in a couple can either share a twin room or pay a bit extra for single occupancy.

Before we commit to a booking we need to know if people would be interested in this. Individuals we've spoken to have been up for it but we want to be sure.
