MJG is correct, cars must be up to BDC Pro-Am specifications to compete at the British Open.
British Drift Championship_Rules and regs
The driver must be have the minimum of a BDC Am licence.
D1, EDC, Prodrift, Formula D, JDM licences/competitors will be accepted.
