The Teesside Autodrome site and the Speedway site is all part of the South Tees Motorsports Park. All of which are owned by the council. We simply rent the land off them. Therefore they have a big say on what is allowed on track and the whole set of noise issues is a big part of our lease with the council. As for the noise from the Speedyway I don't know how they get away with that. But I do know they have big problems.
All I'm trying to do is as Rob said and that's to make sure that the Council doesn't ban drifting. And btw we are limited to only a couple of super moto days a year because of noise.
Again back to what Rob said - there is no need to have a massive exhaust. It could ruin the sport.
And finally - yes every car will be tested.
