Yeah but that's 200kg from an e28, I would like to see the state of an s14 after removing 200kg from it.
My point is, for the 20kg or so you'd save in an s14 it's not going to be worth it unless you're competing. But if you could save 50kg in a 316 then it might make it worthwhile.
As for listing your specs gibbo, that's good for you, well done, if you are building a full on competition car then may as well strip it out, but I doubt you are so may as well make it comfortable. This whole attitude must come with age
