If you have any luck finding someone who can supply tubing and/or make a cage somewhere local, please let me know! I was going to buy a 6 point dash-dodger, but then thought why spend nearly 500 snoops on something that isn't approved for most competitions.
There is a chap down the road from me who does a lot of rally car prep who I can ask tomorrow.
Which series do you want to enter (if any)? I'd love to get into Pro Drift IRL, but don't have the skills, plus the events are all so far away.
We deffo need more places in the North to at least practice (ref. the thread about venues in Ireland) as I'm really not down with the idea of learning streeto style.
Haven't been to Bishopscourt for a long time, but the last day I was there did not make me want to join them. Lots of really rough motors and not much discipline or organisation.
Maybe it's different now.
