That's basically it, know your market...lets face it, 90% of the people who drift don't have a massive expendable income, and those that don't drift yet but just want a fun day out kicking the baws off a car can get a lot more for their money e.g. a day at Knockhill getting tuition and driving a Seat Cupra then onto a Ferrari 360 around an actual track costs less than £250. An extra £150 to fanny about around some cones in £1500 worth of 14 year old Nissan...
I do like the idea but it just doesn't seem do-able, especially if you're not going to let people clutch kick it and do it properly. Be as well using an auto then nobody can kick the clutch
