Yeah i've still got mine and its pissing me right off at the minute, i dont really feel i can comment on them in general as i think i kinda got a shitter (sorry stav/james) but lower in the revs i find it harder to drift than my old 1.7 340 but when it gets on boost its gone!
Has everyone else's got power steering? i havent got PAS and find it so so hard to steer!
Also, after now owning one, i do prefer the look of the S12 better to the S13 but i must admit i've only made life harder for myself by not getting the S13! |
i had PAS on mine so i assume i was lucky.
I
also found that when the boost kicked in i just span out, even when being very gentle on the throttle, to gentle and i lost the drift. thats why i sold it and went N/A.
I found that going into a corner with very high revs was better as turbo on full chat, there was no suprise like when it kicked in.
Lozza: if i were you, and i had an s12 now i would slam it hard, 200bhp it so the power is a bit more available so it spins up easy. I reckon that was my problem...... IMO
