| as well as above, it could temp sensor fricked, giving dodgy ECU readings causing wank running, as you mention it gets bad when hotter.
its possible the smell is unrelated, i had a strong sulpher smell on my S12 for weeks once, seems it was the alternator overcharging the battery and killing it! |
