The PS3 version uses the triggers for throttle and braking on this game unless you've modified the controls. I think this could be the way forward but it does feel a bit weird being used to playing stuff like Gran TUrismo using the buttons.
The buttons on the SIXAXIS are still analogue like the Dual Shock 2, but the feel is totally different. If you get something like GT5 Prologue where you've got a little meter showing how much throttle you're using, you can use that to learn the pressure points on the buttons. It seems like there's more levels of sensitivity with the SIXAXIS but the feel is so different that I can't get on with it after so many years of DS2. I'm hoping the Dual Shock 3 will be more like its predecessors.
