FYI Daimler AG has also researched fuel cells for almost 20 years now and even has an own Development Center close to their HQ devoted for the F-Cell. Apparently Daimler has the largest fleet of hydrogen cars globally. Can't remember the exact numbers, but 2006 they achieved a combined mileage of over 2m kilometres (~1.24m miles).

Their cars run on Ballard fuel cells.
