Hi sorry to confuse everyone with the first post but I was trying to get less camber than what we ended up with. I wanted to get -1.5 but we could not achieve anymore than -2.13 ie Less camber
I am setting the car up to go on track soon and from some research on sxoc I decieded on these settings below although I'm not entirely sure whever they are ideal for my setup so any advice is welcome
These are the settings I went in with, I wasnt sure on the front camber and was going to ask for advice off the alignment guy but didnt get anything usefull out of him
I was aiming for handling primarily but wouldnt mind something thats a bit tail end happy so I thought a minimum amount of toe would be good for that
FRONT
castor 7.30
camber -1.3 to -1.5
toe 0.02
REAR
camber -1.1
toe 0.02
Car suspension setup :
Apex adjustable rose jointed arm kit
Apex top and lower strut bars
Apex full bush kit & subframe locking collars
Apex engine & gearbox mounts
Whiteline antiroll bars
Tein rods & k-sport ends
I read somewhere that the harder the suspension setup the less camber you need compared to a softer setup - Is this true?
