1) Ren's old E36 325, he let me have a shot in it and I was instantly hooked. An incredible car that will never be matched on toughness in my eyes.
2) Have entered 3 competitions, qualified in two of them despite having fairly low powered cars. Have serious doubts I will ever be good enough to be competitive, but theres no other buzz like it so want to keep doing it as long as I can afford it/be arsed.
3) E36 325, fantastic car but underpowered/overweight compared to all the turbo'd jap stuff (about to be addressed with the addition of a 1JZ). A few suspension tweaks, a few tarty cosmetic things, and maybe some cams, then its off to save to try and do as much of a season as I can next year (not just do the first Teeside event then sack it off for the rest of the season like I have the last 2 years
