| If its running lean you shouldnt drive it.
And a decent IC would make it run leaner as the air is denser, BUT as the charge temps are much cooler it would be much less suceptible to det at any given air/fuel ratio.
So its swings and roundabouts really.
BUT usually a FMIC would make it less likely to det rather than more, which is much more important than the actual AFR. So its a good thing.
But still wouldnt be driving hard it if its running lean. |
