It was a good event, but that final clipping point was retarded and looked so unprofessional for the cameras...
Three tyres stacked on top of each other, and when the leading car clipped it, the chase car had three fucking objects to try and avoid !
I watched three chase cars have to negoicate that, two managed to drift around the tyres but the guy in the white 14 went straight into the wall, which may have been his own fault, but at that time tyres were flying everywhere.
I get that Teesside are anal about the grass, but a propper clipping point was needed or getting another set of wrapped tyres would have been a good idea, rather than using old tyres on a 'race track' for the first event on british TV.
I presume the tyres were wrapped on saturday or the morning practice but why werent they re-wraped or replaced with others from other spots on the circuit?
Dont mean to moan, but just felt unfair for the guys having to drive around the tyres...but aside from that, it was a top event![]()
haha the wall moved man quite the bitching its the drivers fort dont touch the clips clip em and yeah couldnt go around the tire limiter in 3rd n chose to keep it planted 1st go on track all i can so is was one hell of a laugh![]()
