| EDC Drivers will not be competing to a lower level next year. It is unfair that a driver who has experience at far higher speeds and demands then goes back down a level just to show off, extend their exposure or whatever which then effectively makes a mokery out of the second highest level championship in england. No one was going to beat James this year, no one would get into the top three places if brett and phil decided to join in as well, the whole point is that the drivers who have progressed through the amatuer ranks then have a new challenge to prepare themselves for EDC and it should be a fair fight and one which they have a chance of winning which would then see them with opportunities of EDC licences and so on. There will be more announcememnts of the structure for next year very soon from the Drift Organisation. Sorry if this upsets a few people, but it really is for the benefit of the majority. There will be more independent stand alone type events for "all comers" to compete at which I am sure will give EDC, Pro-Am and the rest a chance to mix it up" Lets not dilute the excellent progress acheived by the Drift UK team and the co-operative things that are now happening with all levels of competition in the UK. Thank you, James. |

| So EDC licence holders won't be allowed to compete in BDC at all? I think the problem this season was that there were only 4 events that EDC drivers could attend which is why James did Eurodrift. It's difficult unless there are more events that the higher level drivers can compete at. |
