Did we get any confirmation on whether bike helmets are permitted or not? Looking at a Caberg-helm I can get from work for a good price but its Gold star approved and also has ECE 22-05 approval.

Guys why not buy the £62 Sparco helmet from Rallynuts.com Motorsport, Racewear, Leisure Wear and Karting. It meets EDC regs

obviously i cannot answer for bdc but that spec would not pass scrutineering for EDC

yes it will

with the BDC acting as a feeder for EDC it would make sense to get a helmet that complies with both

I know Jeek uses that one, seems like a very decent helmet for the price.

SC608 is the product code for the shop I think, it says its BS 6658-85 Type A approved, which meets BDC specs.
