Looks like I have a place in Am class for round 1 thanks to a very nice mate with a paypal account (Rob, I have your cash in my pocket right now...) Now I just have to find out if I need a new roll cage, fix the oil leak, new clutch (last one lasted 9 months!), seat, helmet, find a tow car and trailer, fix the front end back on the car and have a good long read through the regs for anything I've missed. I wasn't doing anything for the next three months anyway.

Drivers We've had a few emails/pms regarding payment for the full season discount before the cut of date of March 1st 2008. Drivers may book a place at Round 1 now and pay the remaining £385 out standing for a full season before March 1st. The outstanding £385 must be made in full, installments will not be accepted. Many thanks The BDC team.

Is there going to be any media coverage this year? Or will the competitions be held alongside any other car shows etc? Just wondering on the expected profile of the competition to non-drifters, so I can try and use the info to get more sponsorship interest.
