id like to thank all the BDC team for such a great weekend.
it couldnt have run any smoother... just would have been even better without the rain.
from start to finish everything ran on time. the organization was awesome. drivers briefings were in the dot along with start times and track closures and track swaps etc.
everyone was friendly and helping each other out .. think once polo blew his engine his car started gettin stripped for bits lol that other people had broke. as a driver on the friday and a spectator on the saturday i was very impressed how the event went. just a shame there is no shelter at teeside

bring on round 2!!!!!

this would not work as i saw people coming into the pits after going out to local tyre shop with 4 new tyres so would not work counting them on the way in.

Only feedback would be that i thought the bit where we all dumped our trailers and cars was to be secured, but thats possibly my misinterpretation.

I admit it, i left 2 tyres.
Not on purpose i should say.
Basically what i did was packed as many tyres as possible into the car to tawdle back to the tow car and unload.
If anyone seen me leave the pits(grey s13) u would see what i mean, the boot was open wide with loads of tyres stuffed in as many as could be fitted, used and unused.

I fully intended to come back and pick them up, and take them back to the tow car and then to watch the rounds.
But basically while we were unloading the car in the pissin rain with not a jacket between us and the race suit and boots acting like a big sponge, Kieran and i decided fcuk it we are just gonna go home to dry out.

Tyres totally slipped my mind until i read this thread.
So appologies BDC and teesside, the two tyres nearest the track entrance were mine, (u know where i was parked sweeps) if there was a charge levied for disposal of those tyres Sweeps, let me know mate and i will of course refund you guys.

Really no excuse, so ill not make any.
Sorry.
