Couple of questions about future rounds/practice

Couple of things, I personally loved the chance to practice on the friday before the event. Is something like this planned/possible at each event or is it a Teesside one off? The night drifting was possibly my highlight of the weekend.

Secondly, (not trying to rush anyone here or anything ) but how do we go about booking for round two? I don't want to be too late or anything and miss out on the priority spot.

IIRC Round three at Norfolk has a practice day/evening beforehand too.

Practice the day before is an awesome idea. I'd be up for it at every round if I could! I loved the opportunity at Teeside, really made my weekend as well.

From talking to Sweeps, they havn't confirmed the booking for round 2 yet as they wanted to get round 1 done and done right! Everybody competing in round 1 will have priority booking for round 2, even me, who's car shat it's clutch out the night before lol.

I too would also pay £40-50 for a practice night the day before the event as it also makes the travel worth while and gives chance to iron out any issues with the car. Such as your clutch being almost dead, or your wand arm being too strong, or your HT leads being on the wrong way round

Haha, not much chance of me signing up again, don't think the creaky joints would take it. It was nice and warm in my sleeping bag plus I got a couple extra hours of sleep over you guys looking for the hotel haha! I was tired and it was the quickest way to dreamy land!

Hello Andy

Evening practice is something we can do at Teesside and Norfolk, other venues have time/niose restrictions, hense the reason for everyone to respect these venues for giving us the opertunity to hold practice sessions the night before.

We will be announcing round 2 details as soon as we've caught our breath, round one took an awful lot of preparation so a few days rest isn't much to ask.

Many thanks

The BDC team
