Absolutely amazing day, awesome skiddings by everyone and a million hats off to the BDC crew for doing such an amazing job. Also to sweeps for letting us invent 'sweeps-jenga'! (where are the phots?!).
I was very happy with my days work so much seat time in the morning that it makes competing worthwhile even if you don't get through qualifying.
After a good practice, I had one good run, and then think I snapped my handbrake cable on one side when I went on the grass during the entry on the second run. Third run was when I found out I'd snapped it, and couldn't react on time on the initial entry. Pretty chuffed with my 12th or 13th place on one decent run, gives me hope I can crack qualifying with a bit more experience if I can get more consistent
Amazing driving by so many people. My personal fav moment was Mikes huuuuuugggeeee Manji entry on the initial corner Can't wait to see the DVD!

I had an incredible day also.

Well done to all of the organisers for setting it all up and well done to all of the drivers. The standard of skidding was amazing!

My son and I had a great day, the first drift event we've been to. We're hooked now, it was funny hearing my 3 year old crying "daddy I want to see the drift cars!"

Here are a couple of choice photos of the day:

AWESOME day
I was gutted to have some silly problems with the car, but I did some fun skidding, had a great day overall and really enjoyed spectating at the end
Well organised, fun, friendly, exciting, awesomeness. Top job all

Fair comment - apart from Mikey rocking hard all day long, the Charade was noticable as holding proper speed through the course - surprised that one didnt go any further. The bigger cars were struggling a little bit, but I think most drivers overcame the problems

Other than that mad props go to Sweeps and Stiggy - very entertaining - ALL of the drivers for putting on such a good show - the standard of driving is immense this year - and of course to the big man upstairs for such blinding weather. Thats God, not Terry BTW

Also cheers for the camping - 2 excellent nights with much laughter
