it means pro license holders

Pro-am is the name for "BDC Pro". Since nobody is actually a "professional" drifter it makes it more accurate a description.

Means you need a cage, plumbed in extinguisher, FIA cut off switch, etc etc.

Ladies and gents

MJG is correct, cars must be up to BDC Pro-Am specifications to compete at the British Open. British Drift Championship_Rules and regs

The driver must be have the minimum of a BDC Am licence.

D1, EDC, Prodrift, Formula D, JDM licences/competitors will be accepted.
