Well done Mike Gaynor from all at EDC

for again proving what a great depth of talent BDC has coming up within its ranks.

It was brilliant seeing you on the start line and your approach to the EDC level of Drifting competition. Your 1st place qualifying position was awesome and a testament to your skill and balance with your BMW. You got beaten in the Tsuiso by Tim who went on to win the event so thats no mean feat in itself.

Right now all we need is a top 8 finish from one of you BDC guys and you get a full EDC license

Well done again Mike, it was great having you along and look forward to welcoming you back in soon hopefully

As the next BDC round is the day after EDC qualifying we will not be physically be able to have a wildcard entry for Silverstone Round 3 so will be accepting 2 wildcard entries into the 'Santa Pod - Street Course' Round 4.

Glen

A top 8 finish at the end of the championship or a top 8 finish at a single event?

Yep well done Mike, was great to you see out there & mastering the awesome blind entry that makes Knockhill what it is. Balls of steel seemed to help!

Cheers Glen, thanks for inviting me up I really enjoyed myself. Wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for all the people who helped me out though! My roof is filling up with signatures so if you helped me out then collar me at events and leave your mark, it means a lot to me so having something permanent on my roof like that reminds me of the support I've had.

I look forward to the future BDC rounds, and if I manage to win again then I'd love to have a crack at the EDC again. Maybe next time people won't try and overtake when they haven't got enough room or speed, or they'll get smashed again.
