Exclamation BDC dinner dance - awards ceremony

Ladies and gents

The BDC would like to confirm details of the 2008 British Drift Championship Dinner Dance & Presentation Ceremony now that plans have been finalised.

Event Details

Date: Saturday 1st November 2008

Location: Ramada Hotel & Resort Birmingham

Time: Bar opens 7.00pm
Dinner 7.45pm

Dress: Smart – no jeans or trainers

Description: 3 course meal
Pre-ordered starters & desserts (choice of 3 of each)
Carvery main course with fish or vegetarian options (vegetarian meals to be pre-ordered)
Presentation of top driver trophies following the meal
Disco until late

Cost: £39.00 per person

If you wish to attend this event please email bdcevents@hotmail.co.uk for further details.

You will be sent a BOOKING FORM and details of the payment methods available together with information on accommodation and rates.

Please note that bookings will not be taken without a booking form being completed as food choices are required prior to the event.

DRIVERS & STAFF should have already received an email with full details of this event and with a booking form attached. If any of you has not received this email please contact bdcevents@hotmail.co.uk as above and we will send you details.

Got the email cheers, will I be Ok to pay at the end of the month? Paying for me and my mrs. for the meal costs as much as another round 4 .

Final payments have to be in by 1st October although it would be hugely helpful if people could try to pay before (theres an instalment option) to make the admin side of things easier and not a last minute rush.

If anyone wants to take advantage of the £29.00 supersaver rate at Fort Dunlop Travelodge you might want to book it soon as its only available if you book early and I think theres a limited number of rooms it applies to. Heres the link >> CLICKY <<
