Can't see there being much point to be honest, they don't come with brackets to make them in to a full cage. Therefore if you ever wanted a full cage you'd be left with a half cage thats only good for show. Better investing in a full cage and put the front half in to storage if your not a pro-am driver, or if you fit the full cage (which will stiffen your shell and make it skid better) you could always remove the door bars between events if they're a pain, its only 8 bolts after all... | WOW fabricage are gunna be busy lots of work coming ur way i understand the decission after seeing pazes 86 glad ur ok btw fella, but it just seems like everytime i think my car is getting near the goal posts get moved lol o well work a bit harded save a bit more keep up the good work BDC !! |

| Sean Yes - Max no, unless the grade of metal is stated within the rules and regulations then the answer to your question is no. There is no way of checking if the cage would be made of what a driver said, a certificate could be produced by anyone to state otherwise. Cages must be made of the correct wall thickness as stated withing the rules. Cheers |
