Exclamation *The 2008 Falken tyres British Drift championship winners*

Ladies and gents

The winner of the 2008 Falken Tyres British drift championship Pro-am class is;

DAVID WALBRIN

The winner of the 2008 Falken Tyres British drift championship Amateur class is;

STEVEN MOORE


A full list of championship results will be posted in the next few days.

The BDC would like to congratulate both drivers on winning the thier relative classes.

Only saw you at Lydden Hill but your skiddin skills were top notch so it's not surprising you won the Championship. Good work and look forward to seeing you next year skidding even better.

Well done Dave, totally deserved, and well done Steve you improved a lot over the year. I'd like to see you drift a lesser car though tbh, as you can't help think "all he's doing is pushing the drift button in the highest spec car on the grid"

Bit like saying to Ronaldo - "pffft I'd like to see you take that free kick again with one leg amputated". Lad wants to give himself a winning chance, he's bought the right car to do it in, fair play, we all have the ability to buy as good a car.

Congrats to both guys. Regardless of the car Steve drives, that lad sure has some tallent. You can't drift as well as he does just by having a high spec car. Well done mate.
