I am trying to correct a steering problem on an SR converted rx8 that's had the rx8 rack moved forward to allow the lump to sit in its place, the rack and tie rods now foul the front wheels on full lock, worse so in reverse or over uneven roads etc

I am looking at spacing the front wheels out with slip on 6mm spacers and replacing the straight armed tie rod ends with curved / kinked ends to give the wheel rim some extra clearance
Found these ends below and wondered if anyone knows if they are available in the uk for an rx8 or if say some s14 items are the same fitment and length?

Any drifters in rx8's or people with wider wheels or experienced similar issues?

basically you need to find out 3 things, what thread is on the end of the steering arm that the track rod end screws onto, the length, what taper is on the ball joint.

cant you run a DW offset rack spacer in reverse?
