Hi all I am thinking about welding the diff on my s13 it's got lots of mods going to spend most of its time on the road but it's my 2nd car so won't be driven every where will also be using it for Drift days and track use

My biggest question is what will it be like on the road parking and driving around town ?

It will be fine, just take it easy and get used to it first

Driving with a welder ended up improving my parking skills lol.

instead of faffing around, i learnt the art of swinging straight in and parking perfectly straight away, in one clean movement.

I was very apprehensive about driving with a welder but you do very quickly get used to it.

Yes, you won't even notice it 99% of the time. Just tight super slow speed corners, going in to parking spaces etc, you can feel it, but it makes it no more difficult
