I fitted energy suspension bushings to my subframe, diff and hubs and used Kaber Performance rear adj. arms, wasn't cheap but after a good set up the car handles a million times better and doesn't bang/creak/crash etc.

With most subframe bushings yes you have to remove the metal collars from the old ones but one or two brands make you leave the old ones in so don't remove them till you've decided what brand your going with.
