SVK Customs - Opening the first supercar workshop in Vietnam!

    Hello guys.

First I'll start of with Introducing myself.

My name is Kristian Somogyi and I run a shop in the south of Sweden since 5 years now.
We build racing cars and body parts.

We built this carbon fibre Skyline R33 for Swedish japcrap tuning company PBZ driven in the Scandinavian drifting series in the 2010 season by Alx Danielsson.
We've changed all outer body panels to carbon fibre.
So all carbon fibre parts on this car are made by us:

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UymLdt8u_jw"]YouTube - Alx Danielsson drifting at Lunda, Sweden[/ame]

    Film made by Mattias Stahre.

Some pics of the Skyline, Alx Danielsson to the left of me.

You can see on this image that the C-pillars and rear fenders are separated behind the quarter window. So this allows the rear fenders to be exchanged.

There is a V-pattern in the carbon fibre going over the middle of entire car from front to end just like on the cossie.

My own projectcar is a Ferrari 550 Maranello that's also going through some lighter modifications.
I will be competing with it in the Scandinavian drifting series. We'll of course go on a european tour with it also

So if you are interested in custom made body parts in carbon, kevlar or glassfibre, or maybe you just want to duplicate your original body parts, don't be afraid to contact us!
We can do anything when it comes to building and modifying cars and we have very good contacts with some of swedens most experienced people around us when it comes to engine tuning and chassies.
We also build engines, rollcages and we can also help out with welding and machining.
We sell Schmidt wheels, KW suspensions, BBS wheels, AP Racing and lots of other well known brands when it comes to racing parts.

    Sincerely

    Kristian Somogyi

We're currently working on another cool car for a customer which I thought that you might like to lay your eyes on. It's a Ford escort coswort and we do all the work on the body and we'll also build the completely new suspension with double triangular control arms all around, custom made billet uprights, custom made centre bolt hubs and so on. The engine is built for 600++ hp.
Cylinder head is made by well known cosworth guru Mike Billet at RacingGreen
    Motorsport.
There's also been purchased a factory New 200 engineblock with ”WRC” spec. And a Verdi drysump oilpump.
Read more about the car @ http://carboncossie.com/om/transform...ttack-english/

The driving begins after the raping

Some more pics and info of my ferrari.

    Ap Racing airjacks:

3 piece Schmidt forged racing wheels:

Custom made centre bolt hubs, but the original uprights will be replaced with our own uprights for better angles:

    CrMo control arms:

I'm using a bmw V8 engine with steel cylinder liners and a supercharger instead of the original V12 engine. It's because the crank in the ferrari V12 only withstands around 600hp and a stronger one costs 12000€...

I'll be using the original gearbox and differential to begin with:

It's located in the rear and connected to the engine through a transaxle tube:

I'm fabricating a new bellhousing to connect the bmw engine with the ferrari transaxle tube:

I fabricated an axle that is fastened in the crankshaft bearing supports to hold the parts of the bellhousing in place while welding them together:

    AP Racing 3 disc 184mm clutch rated @ 1426Nm:

The plugs were made of clay and then molds were cast on that.

To get both sides completely symmetrical we use a 3D scanner on the first side and then we CNC mill the plugs for the other side from CAD drawings made out of the 3D scanning.

I made some very simple uprights and controlarms just to be able to try out the angles before fabricating the final control arms and uprights:

    We're currently also working on a SR20DET engine for a S14.
87mm bore, darton cylinder liners, HKS pistons, Eagle rods, Cometic MLS head gasket, ARP bolts, ported cylinder head and a nice little turbocharger to top it all

    New turbo to the left:

Because we'll be running on 11-13" wide rear wheels.
I want all the power I can get to be able to accelerate in the bends if necessary. You loose a lot of speed when you're running sideways with more than 55 degrees of steering angle.
I'm aiming at around 650-700hp and around 8-900Nm which is the limit for this supercharger. It was laying in the shop anyway so I thoght I might as well use it, and then we'll see how much more we need.
I'm going to build 180 degree headers to achieve the right hight pitched ferrari exhaust sound

    Thanks guys

I've been using my M5 engined 635 csi for drifting for lots of years now but I think it's a shame to use such a rare car for drifting, so that's why I'll use the ferrari instead and put back the interior in the csi again
