Got the car the 17th Sept and this is its transformation so far as the daily driver...

Nothing too fancy in her, full exhaust system including manifold, airbrushed cam cover, HKS air filter kit, HKS coilovers, Strut brace, Recaro drivers seat, lip kit, unknown 18's and thats about it :)

Will get shots of under the bonnet and inside up tomorrow...

So as always you have to represent ADC on your car ;)

Dropped the car off to the legend then yesterday for a few tweeks so should have it back the weekend :) Sucks ass having no car or van, DC's FTL

Since I was already in Wexico I decided I might as well leave the car with Ffrenchie and between us we came up with a few idea's for the car keeping in mind this is my daily driver. Started by throwing her up on axle stands and taking off the undertray from the front along with the rad, HKS filter, brace and a few other bits :

As the parts came off the boot started to fill up :

Next out came the engine crane and pip / pop out went the engine :

Here you get to see how tasty the manifold really is :

    My two beams engines :

Some 25mm spacers all round thanks to Chris D :

S14 FMIC, Sard FPR & Walbro Pump thanks to Yowdy @ Just Jap :

Whats going to fill the the hole, SR20DET (S14) Exedy Clutch and 5 speed box :

Here you can see the Black Diamond grilled and grooved discs as I fitted the spacers to the front, wheel back on it makes a nice difference :

    Just a pic I liked :

Onto the rear I thought a wider stance would be cool so roll on some 5mm and 25mm spacers :

Fit looks good so next job will be to roll the arches and lower it some more :

Tezza looking sorry for herself :

Custom one piece propshaft, fitting it was handy compared to the standard one :

Mock up for the intercooler and rad just for placement looked savage, can't wait to see it all plumbed in :

Time to drop off that spoiler
    [IMG]

SR20 bolted to the box ready to be dropped in
    [IMG]

    Stripping back the loom
    [IMG]

Engine fitted to the custom mounts as per Wexican Motorsport design
    [IMG]

Sitting as far back as possible
    [IMG]

    Let the pipework begin
    [IMG]

The Tezza's don't run a return line so with the new pump fitting it was time to fabricate a return
    [IMG]

In order to lower the car more the arches had to be rolled so out came the Sard Fender Bender LoL
    [IMG]

    And down we go
    [IMG]

Enough of the pretty and back to the conversion, we used an alloy rad and custom mounted fans
    [IMG]

Welding up an adapter for the gearbox
    [IMG]

    Welding up the custom downpipe
    [IMG]

Relocation of the power steering bottle
    [IMG]

    Fitting the FMIC and Rad

    Fitting the Airflow and filter
    [IMG]

Intake pipe fabrication on the intercooler
    [IMG]

Time to make up and airduct panel
    [IMG]

    Bring on the wiring LoL
    [IMG]

While doing the wiring it was suggested to do a mild wire tuck
    [IMG]

    Drivers side done
    [IMG]

Passenger side may be a bit harder

Right the car couldn't be left with a standard engine so here is the recipe for 350bhp

    Z32 Airflow Meter
    [IMG]

HKS Turbo Timer just to have it
    [IMG]

    Nismo 740cc Injectors
    [IMG]

And a Greddy T517Z Turbo Kit LoL
    [IMG]

I thought the car needed a tougher look so with that off came the spacers, the 18's and on went the 19" Racing Harts from the RX7 considering its parked anyways it was a good move but we had to roll th arches another inch !!!!

Lining up the new front bumper, borrowed off Ffrenchie's car, fitting it without the conards
    [IMG]

    I love a good arse
    [IMG]

    One more of the front
    [IMG]

    And back into the workshop

    Back to the wiring :(
    [IMG]

Just three random pic's of her before I sent it to the bodyshop, painting up the 4 arches and bootlid where the holes from the spoiler remained. Should have her back Monday so hope to get some proper pic's very soon...

For all the non believers, here she is at work...

And here again back in Limerick after a wash...

Yes I am actually driving one of my projects :p
