It all began before 6 years... the engine we have choose is the 4agze 2nd generation with map, we fitted some puleys we made in te local machinery and boom the engine was working at 1 bar after 2 years of working well we decided to turbo the engine we took a second hand from a sr20det t25 garrett turbo we made the exhaust manifold and tooked from the n/a 4age the tvis manifold,ofcourse we removed the tvis butterlfies and things looked like this the t25 turbo broke down and we decided to put a bigger one ,we took a turbo from rb25det we install a external wastegate, for the more air and boost issues we have buyed a greddy fuel cut defender remember until today we are running oem ecu and wiring , and we made an elecrto valve that opens two more injectors that fitted in the tvis plenum we stripped down the engine for a fresh rebuild we keep the oem pistons because are the best for 400hp and the internals we change rod and crankshaft bearings and piston rings about the front lower arms we have fitted from escort mk2 variable we ran 3,25 degrees camber and more caster i cant remember the numbers with this setup we had issues about full lock on steering we couldn't get more steering and then an idea came to fit a 200sx lower arms and a front coilover we made custom chassis mounting and we install the 200 sx tension rods and 200sx lower arms and now the steering lock is good we also made at the rear differential 200sx coilovers mounts and fitted the coilovers next thing was a new and better turbo upgrade the nissan turbo once again has blown and decided to run a bigger turbo but with better spool second hand oem turbo that if it brookes you can find it about 200 euro we choose a twinscroll evo 8 MR turbo we made the exhaust mani twinscroll and install the turbo the boost is incredible also the spool with bigger intecooler and turbo engine spools up nicely and runs now 1,5 bar sorry for my bad english feel free to ask everything you want
thanks a lot mate... we have a lot to do we want to build a 4agte with itbs and turbo but first we have to change the rear differential with stronger to accommodate the torque and better transmition because this is its it limits
the 4agte has broke down we have a lots of spares to sell and now we are going for sr20det when the build starts im going to post photos from the whole project
shit happens without proper ecu tunning and boost we bought a sr20det without vtc red top we cut the tunel to fit the bigger gearbox and we build a new tunel from the scratch the build isn't finished im going to keep you updated thanks
after the tunnel was done we painted the engine bay we installed the engine the cooler and we have build the piping for the water cooler also the fuel lines and the brake lines
we build the old manifold to this engine to install the old turbo from 4agte (twinscroll td05hr from evo 8 to sr20det) it was far better than the t25 and t28 and has better spoolling more end power and it lasts forever we also painted the turbo with electrostatic paint and the results are this... next thing its the turbo piping downpipe and exhaust and electrics
