No need for thicker gasket if you wont to run 0.5 bar. 280 Hp is safe on standard engine.

but i need to do 350-380 Hp .. maybe 0.7 bar..
    guys who i know @ m54b30 boost 0.7 bar,and all is okay...
    N/A power approximately is a 220-240 Hp.
@ stock m50b25 can do 300 Hp with 0.5 bar..
or for 350 hp need changes? oil pump need to change? or stock 2.5 pump work normal?

For those kind of power it would be wise to get a thicker gasket and ARP studs because you will have to run a full bar to achieve that power level. Most likely ARPs aren't needed just new new head bolts could do the trick. Oiling isn't an issue on M50s. To run that kind of power reliably you have to pay attention on things around the engine. Good intercooling, smooth exhaust manifold, proper ECU map, solid fuel pump and injectors. Stock clutch will give up, so will the gearbox and the diff bolt will crack all the time. All those things happend to us running a supercharged M50 with only 250 HP/400 Nm.

    Totally depends on the turbo.

No way will you need as much as 1bar with the right turbo setup to hit 350bhp on an engine that already is pushing over 200 n/a
