After drifting for a few years in numerous e36's and mx5's, 7 months ago i finally bought myself the car ive wanted for the past 6 years, a 200sx s13. This is how it looked when i went to see it. Bolt in Cusco Cage, Blitz boost gauge, fucked ca, no rust, all poly bushed, all adjustable arms. Took it home, whipped the engine out, took it to work (BM AUTOBODIES , Bury, Lancs ) Bought an LS400 to rip the engine out of, decided against the idea, sold it, bought an sr20 swap cheap as it was advertised as having rod knock. Turned out there was absolutely no damage to crank, rods or shells, strange. Rebuilt the bottom end with ACL mains, rods and thrust washers. Then chucked it in the car. Took it back to work over the xmas period to get it all painted and finished. Spec list is as follows, s14a sr20det japspeed turbo back exhaust and elbow japspeed high mount intercooler every arm is adjustable every bush is poly or solid full underside of the car undersealed cobra monaco seat on adjustable rail cusco bolt in dash dodger works9 bodykit buddyclub p1 wheels in 17x8 and 17x9
Its not really cool to rip off a team colour and name, i understand people make replica's of cars but it doesnt really work with drifting. You're trying to copy one of the most infamous japanese drift teams, but you're a dude from Manchester in a uk 200sx Not meaning to sound harsh, it looks like the work you've done is decent, its just really cringing and embarrassing to see it. Just a bit of criticism thats all, each to there own

I say fair play for the idea, understand that people are going to disagree with it but I think it looks cool, each to their own and all that, it's a damn sight better than the way a lot of people turn out stuff these days.. Personally I'd rather see a 'Team Burst' Replica than another shoddy rust ridden matt black piece of shit with et95 6J rims and a halfords spoiler, but if everybody wants to hop on the hating bandwagon then crack on..

awkward Bollyswag hater ay Karl TBH mate fair play for giving it a go but IMO you just can't copy another car. I'd disagree with Stav and go as far as to say driving aggression isn't an exception to the rule. If you import an ex D1SL car then that is cool as shit. But not copying one. sorry man.
