    Hello guys ,
Am new here ,so be patient with me. 
Okay so I wanted to start a drift project and was looking for a silvia s14 for a longer tine. I found many but were out of my budget ,.
Long story short, a garage guy said he has a r33 gts only body shell(no engine,no gear ,steelies rims ) for sale . The body was clean and stock with a fresh paint.

Finally bought it home in recovery ,it needs to be cleaned though.

So guys this is where I need your help .How should I start the project ?
Engine first or other parts like coilovers and things?
And about the engine ,my plan is to put rb25 Neo first as it's cheaper that 2jz here .
So that I can learn to control first with low power and later 2jz.
Your suggestions will be highly appreciated .

Buy a RWD car that is road worthy, weld the diff, then learn to drift it...

    MX5 19K AED

Keep the Skyline shell as a 'project' car.

What Blackett is saying is that since the Skyline is a long term project, you should buy some cheap rwd car you can skid in the meantime. All money + work and no driving fun is the most frustrating way to carry on a build. ;)

Coilovers not essential (at this stage) so engine would be a good start. If you're going for an RB25 Neo you're gonna need the ECU too.

The r33 has 4 stud hubs? I thought they were all 5 stud? Does the shell still have the wiring loom and interior?
