I'm back from the GTI Tuning International which took place on the Magny Cours Formula One track. It was... HORRIBLE

Last week-end, I put the clutch on... But I didn't have any time to post some pics, so I'm doing it right now!!!

And I finished my head cover

Wow, I love taking pics

I'd loving taking pics too if I were producing a car to that spec at your age.

Still looking good dude.

Thanks

I bought few hours ago Damo's manifold for my future top mount application

I just have to wait for it

Now, I'll need a wastegate

What do you think about the XS-Power 60mm WG ?? I heard here in France from a guy who's riding one that it's very nice for the price, and that the diaphragm is very strong. What do you think ??

And for the future turbo, it would be a Garrett GT3076R A/R 0.78 with twin scroll enter and V-band flange, or maybe a GT3071R with the same turbine setup

So, after a very short week of work, my beauty found again her heart!!!

I began by unbolt the CopperMix because I forgot to fit the backing plate between the engine and the Gbox… I thought it comes after…

After, I put the Gbox on (it’s heavy !!!) and I mounted the Nismo silentblock

Then, I put the Nismo slave cylinder braided hose

What Nismo sells with it

Under the car

Everything out on my work table

Now, braided fuel hoses... Actually, I didn’t know how to cut them, so I finally tried with some scotch and a metal saw

Finally, the result is good ! And I put a Z32 Bosch fuel filter too

Hummm... What time is it ?? :wack :

Time that my beauty found again her heart !!!

Some minor traces... It hard alone...

The beginning of the inlet part

Injectors out

Inlet plenum finished

Now, the exhaust part, and I had to adjust the screamer pipe with my RHD column...

On the turbo

Anda t its final place

Then I wanted to tighten the little thing (I don’t know how it means in english) but it broke...

My cockpit

Then, I put a new connector between the engine’s harness and my Z32 MAFS’ plug. So I can change between a Z32 plug and a S14 plug when I want

Before leaving my garage

I also put my new wheels on

Thanks Chuki

I received today my new manifold

It was already re-welded, but it doesn't really matter to me

Inside the flange

Thanks again to Damo
